PostReminder reminds Customers to Shop when Your Event Kicks Off!

Have you ever worked hard to create the perfect marketing campaign for your upcoming sales event, only to worry that your prospects might forget to take action? Consumers are busy, and even though they might be interested in the sales event you advertise in your direct mail, email, tv spot, or transit ads, they forget about it. Out of sight, out of mind.

PostReminder solves that problem. This robust direct marketing platform allows your prospects to set reminders for offers, sales, or events, amplifying ad awareness and increasing engagement and response.
“Traditional direct-response channels only allow marketers to create awareness at the time the ad is seen. By allowing consumers to set a reminder to take advantage of your offer, PostReminder revolutionizes direct response marketing. Now marketers can engage with consumers when it matters most—at the start of the sale, special offer, or event,” says Mike Gunderson, president of PostReminder.

This cutting-edge direct-response platform transforms how brands engage with consumers when the timing is crucial. With its intuitive interface, PostReminder seamlessly combines QR code technology with SMS messaging, emails, and calendar invites, enabling brands to send timely reminders to their customers for upcoming sales and events.

Ideal for omnichannel marketing campaigns, PostReminder's advanced QR code feature can be incorporated into various channels, including direct mail, out-of-home (OOH), direct response television (DRTV), point of sale (POS), posters, print ads, emails, web pages, and landing pages.

Marketers can easily track attribution, making it a highly effective tool for measuring campaign success – in real time!

PostReminder is simple to set up and use. Prospects scan the enhanced QR code appearing in creative across your marketing channels. The user-friendly interface allows them to respond immediately or set reminders to receive alerts later. In addition to setting reminders, they can also share the offer with friends and colleagues.

Prospects will receive timely alerts when a sales event is about to begin, when an offer is close to expiring, or when it is more convenient for them to respond. You can see why PostReminder provides a significant opportunity for marketers to optimize their direct response campaigns.

We take pride in hiring seasoned professionals, many with over two decades’ of experience, to support the efforts of our clients to expand and elevate programs and minimize inefficiencies. With new tech, platforms, and tools such as generative AI, we know that the best is yet to come!

In a recent pilot program for a national retailer, customers applied a PostReminder enhanced QR code to their direct mail postcard to drive customer engagement and sales to their sales event by encouraging mail recipients to set mobile alerts. The results were outstanding.

Of the 1,636 mail recipients who scanned the QR code, 997 (61 percent) set reminder alerts. Most who didn't set an alert went directly to the retailer’s website. Plus, customers saved 3 percent on postage on their postcards thanks to the USPS Emerging Technology Discount.

“We were very excited to see our new platform in the market. The results exceeded our customers' expectations, and they are already set to add PostReminder to their next campaign,” says Mike Gunderson, president of PostReminder.

Description
PostReminder is a direct-response product incubated by Respond Now, LLC, led by Mike Gunderson, founder and president of Gunderson Direct. A direct-response marketer, Mike Gunderson, recognized the need for a better way to motivate consumers to take action after seeing an ad or receiving direct mail. His solution was to create a platform allowing consumers to set reminders for offers or events when exposed to an ad or direct mail message. As QR codes become increasingly mainstream, PostReminder provides a simple and effective way for consumers to set reminders to take action on their own schedules while permitting brands to engage with consumers in the timeframe most likely to have the greatest impact on response.
