When approaching social media, you have to have 1. a high threshold of adaptation, 2. a very quick understanding of new realities, and 3. a solid comprehension of the market. From testing new realities and making sure new qualitative audiences find you out there to look for new ways to ignite traffic and constantly adapt to this incredibly ever-changing landscape. Strategies have to be farsighted but, at the same time, quite flexible to counterbalance and adapt to inevitable changes along the way.Distinguishing YourselfI always say what I think and make sure I am always clear in communicating what is needed and why. I think people appreciate that about me. I am also fast at understanding the context and achieving goals. I believe acting and thinking quickly has served me well to proactively face crises or challenges of any kind and adapt to a very fast-paced industry. I have a vision. I push hard towards that goal. That's what I do best.Feeling Empowered in Personal and Professional LifeDefinitely, when I can reorganize processes, I can create opportunities, and I have been given space to do what I do best, which is to push toward goals. Women and LeadershipWomen face crises and challenges in entirely different ways, perhaps in a less conflictual way. They say for any new work position, only three out of ten women would apply, but seven men would. So, I think there should be more women out there having fewer fears and not being afraid to advance in their careers.Advice to Young People Pursuing Their CareerI always followed my passions; therefore, my number one advice is to follow your heart but also back this up with data and hard facts to confirm why it would make sense to make a decision or the other.Whatever you do, do it as long as you think it is worth it, and it is making you a better person cause when you feel you are lacking passion in your work, that's probably not the right one for you anymore. So keep lighting up your internal flame.Study constantly. Have a vision, and trust yourself to follow it.
